I’ve finally started working on getting my amateur radio Class A licence in South Africa in earnest.

It’s been some years since the hobby piqued my interest, and now I’m currently taking the free course offered by the Pretoria Amateur Radio Club (PARC) in preparation for the October exam.

I’m pretty elated: I’ve already created a QSO logbook. I’m hoping to make many contacts with friends around the world.

Just give me a few more months!
